Trailer lights v4.0

This CLEO script fixes a bug in the game related to the fact that the rear lights do not work for trailers. This mod fixes this. The mod is compatible with ImVehFt. Also, a separate plus is that if you turn off the truck's engine or turn off the headlights separately, then the trailer's headlights will also turn off.
