This modification replaces all textures of various particles in the Particle.txd file. The main feature is the color of the headlights, namely – now the headlights have a slightly blue hue.
To work properly, modifications require:
– Mod Loader 0.3.8 (or higher);
– ModdedSAA (for SA-MP).
Note:
– I recommend using it with the CLEO script "High and low beam headlights".

VAZ-21099 is a Soviet and Russian passenger car of the II group of small class, the first front-wheel drive sedan of the Volga Automobile Plant. It is the most full-size model in the Lada Sputnik family.
It was serially produced at the AvtoVAZ plant from 1990 to 2004.
