That 4 part of the saving for survival mode stuff. In this save you play as a girl businessman. Features of this preserve:
1. A lot of money
2. Many supplies/weapons and items
3. Full can of gasoline (1000 liter)
4. There are kits to repair cars (body repair)
5. There's a radio (to get out of the state)
6. All infected area/base captured
7. There are medicines
A good game and mood!

Lay out 3 of the saves for Zombie Andreas v 1.1. This save without cheats and you play as a girl:
1. Base on the shore of San Fierro (San Francisco)
2. Some food/ammo/weapons
3. There is a canister etc
Then you will find all the charms themselves, I will not say more to spoil.
