Police Captain of the USSR for GTA San Andreas

Hi, this time I decided to remake a skin from the GTA Criminal Russia mustachioed police officers (USSR) in the police captain (USSR) just a little bit in a different form. In the end, that's what happened. There are small bugs, but they are not significant and almost not noticeable. Fans of the Soviet militia skin think like all fun:)

What's changed:
1) Tunic
2) Pants
3) Cap
4) cap badge of the Soviet militia
5) Removed the moustache
6) shoulder straps
