This mod adds a Russian radio times 90-ies

In fact, this is a "reprint" of my old project "90's Vladivostok FM" with a canonical name and with the correct (from the point of view of years of writing and release) the selection of compositions, i.e. up to 1992

Features:
- High quality of the compositions;
- Changed the name of the radio station;
- Its perfectly matching icon (in the box are standard HD icons);
- Replaces K-Rose;
- Perfectly fits the atmosphere of the game.
