Library of CLEO for GTA Vice City, is a collection of features and extensions of the game GTA Vice City. Using scripts are phenomenal game modification that can drastically change the gameplay of the game.

I did a mod for vice city a list of changes:
1) opened the bridges
2) changed the timers in the missions and mini-missions
3) made the mission on the radar
4) Added $ 9999999
5) the opportunity to buy real estate at the beginning of the game
