Classic Axis for GTA 3

This modification improves the gameplay by adding improved camera movement in GTA 3.
Features:
- The ability to move the camera.
- The ability to let the player move in 4 directions.
- The ability to move the camera in the car.
- The ability to change the camera mode.
- Added simple aiming instead of a first-person view while aiming with some weapons.
