Give your weapon to any NPC v1.1 for GTA 5

If you want to get rid of unwanted weapons, then approach a passerby by pressing the E key, the passerby will receive your given weapon.
FEATURES:
Give your weapon to any NPC you want, including pedestrians, enemies, mission NPCs, anyone!
Retrieve any NPC's weapon!
BUGS:
While weapon attachments are correctly passed to the NPC, they don't show up until the NPC engages combat.
Attachments don't get passed back to the Player.
