Pedestrians will be afraid of the burning car for GTA San Andreas

Another bugfix donkey artificial intelligence in the game when Pedy did not respond to that's ready to explode next to them a vehicle. This simple cleo script resolves this issue by forcing them in a panic to escape, seeing the burning car, motorcycle, etc.
