Phone Improvements for GTA San Andreas

This mod co-ordinally changes calls in GTA: SA, making them more "realistic", as in GTA IV, for example.
Let me explain: in the original game, story calls were received only when the GG was out of transport and out of the interior, and the conversation animation was broken. This mod fixes this. Read more in the video.
