Thanks to this CLEO script, the game will have eternal rain (Rainy SF), and the time will stop at 06:00. Unlike a similar script from FUKER-MAN, with this CLEO on SA-MP servers, when the weather/time changes, the weather will not change for a fraction of a second. Well, as you understand, CLEO works in SA-MP.

The author of the original script is Dakurlz. I just fixed the crashes and changed the script so that it works not only on ordinary pedos, but also on actors in missions.

The script corrects and improves the behavior of pedestrians when the player aims at them with a weapon.

Pedestrians will no longer give up and leave if the player holds them at gunpoint for a long time.
If you remove the sight, in 100% of cases, the NPC will rush away in a panic, and not walk quietly.
With a small degree of probability, a pedestrian can immediately run away from you in a panic.
The police won't like that you're waving a gun and scaring passers-by. If a cop notices you aiming at someone, even without firing a shot, you'll get one wanted star.
