Cold Weather for GTA San Andreas

This modification will make the weather in the game more cold, gloomy and depressing. In addition to the CLEO script, Timecyc and Timecycp are also being replaced.
Note:
– I recommend using with SilentPatch v1.1 Build 32.
The modification requires:
– CLEO 4.4.0 (or higher);
– Mod Loader 0.3.8 (or higher);
– ModdedSAA (for SA-MP).
Features:
– The full course of the time cycle (removed the 10:00 limit);
– Replaced Timecyc and Timecycp, which were made from scratch based on standard;
– Static shadows under vehicles have a natural dark color, as in GTA IV;
– Unlike similar modifications, this one in SA-MP does not have a "jerk" when the weather changes on the server itself.
