Retexture Jefferson for GTA San Andreas

Quality retextured part of Jefferson. The biggest area that altered the author.

Features:
- Added new objects
- High quality textures
- Replaced some of the standard props: garbage bags and bins, lampposts, boxes, urns, etc
- Customized prelajt and conflict
Their shadows (Shadows Settings Extender needed)
- TOBJ (Timed Objects)

Installation is carried out only via the Mod Loader.
May require Open Limit Adjuster and Fastman92 Limit Adjuster with an increased limit conflicts (ColModels in .ini).
