Cold ENBSeries by Makar S. (for Low PC) for GTA San Andreas

I decided to remember the past and make an ENBSeries setup based on the old version of the mod (v0.075), which will add a cold atmosphere to the game.
Features:
• High-quality reflections;
• Beautiful Timecyc, corrected by me (static shadows have become dark and realistic);
• Works in SA-MP (requires "ModdedSAA");
• The weather in the game will now always be cloudy and overcast;
• Perfect for autumn and winter themed mods.
Note:
• I recommend installing the mod "No Shadows" or "PS2 Shadows" (authors: The Hero, Philips_27), which returns static shadows from the PS2 version of the game. Together with the new Timecyc, it looks great.
