The plugin loads the effects separately from the effects.fxp.
This allows you to:
- Add new effects, without editing effects.fxp and effectsPC.txd;
- Replace standard effects, without editing effects.fxp and effectsPC.txd.

2DFX Mod that increases draw distance, and adds city lights at night.

Project2DFX is a set of plugins for GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas and GTA IV(EFLC) which adds LOD corona effect to a game map, making LOD-world look a lot better.
It also includes an open source Limit Adjuster to enhance and improve certain game limits.

This mod will replace the standard color of the nitrous injection on a new, purple color.
Oddly enough, this mod is made in high, so it fits perfectly with the atmosphere of the game.
Works in SA-MP.

Requires Mod Loader.

Overdose Effects v 1.5 in high quality

This mod will replace the textures of nitro at the new green.

Features:
- HQ textures;
- Nice color;
- Ideal for drifting in SA:MP.

With nitro, all other effects remain the standard.

Requires Mod Loader.

Mod adds to the game's cartoony effects.
The basis is taken from Ezekiel Remastered Effects and Toon Explosions mod for Team Fortress 2.

High-quality effects that fits into a standard game. In my opinion, this is the best effects that are in the network at the moment.

Features:
- High quality textures;
- Your CLEO script, through which the combustion cars will become more realistic, similar to GTA IV;
- Perfect for a CLEO script that adds the ALS system for sports cars (fire from exhaust pipes).

Requires Mod Loader and CLEO 4.3.22.

Quality retextured Overdose Effects v1.5 of the notorious Firefly.

Features:
- High quality textures;
- Works on slower PCs;
- Perfectly fits the atmosphere of the game.

P. S. I can only say that it is one of the best effects. In my opinion, something even better than the Insanity Effects.
