This modification alters the effects in GTA SA for more beautiful and high quality.

This MOD adds a shade of people and transport. Almost never eat FPS. Low quality, as the setting for the weak PC. Plus-performance in SA: MP.

Quality replacement textures in Particle.txd file, that is, the texture of the water, light from the pillars, light from headlights, etc. like me, looks beautiful and realistic, especially the light from the poles at night.
The author of the texture data, unfortunately, is not known. Texture file itself was pulled from a modification of "distant lights".

MOD adds the glare of the Sun, in the game. Works somewhere in the 12:00 hours a day.
