Sky and water for GTA San Andreas

The standard file is "Timecyc.dat", but with darker and more realistic static shadows.
I recommend installing the ASI plugin "No Shadows":

To fix the lighting in the game, install the ASI plugin "SilentPatch v1.1 Build 32":

The mod requires:
• "Mod Loader";
• "ModdedSAA".

This modification will add realistic headlights, as in cars up to ~ 90-ies of release. Other particle textures in the Particle.txd file are also completely replaced.
For the modification to work correctly, you need:
– CLEO 4.4.0 (or higher);
– Mod Loader 0.3.8 (or higher).
Note:
– By the way, a CLEO script has been added that makes the light from the headlights more realistic. Author: DK22Pac.

This modification replaces all textures of various particles in the Particle.txd file. The main feature is the color of the headlights, namely – now the headlights have a slightly blue hue.
To work properly, modifications require:
– Mod Loader 0.3.8 (or higher);
– ModdedSAA (for SA-MP).
Note:
– I recommend using it with the CLEO script "High and low beam headlights".

ParticleTXD is a file that contains textures of water, blood, tire tracks, static shadows, and other things.
This modification will replace all standard textures with better ones.
Features:
- HD Blood;
- HD Headlight Light;
- HD Tire Tracks;
- HD Static Shadows;
- HD Water, perfectly compatible with ENB Shader Water.
To work, you need a Mod Loader, and to work in SA-MP, you need ModdedSAA!

Great Timecyc from gtadrive modmaker. The only thing I corrected was changing the color of the static shadows under the cars, making them dark and realistic.
