Repair work on the highway LS — LV 3.0

Small fix for mod, which adds repair work on the track of the Los Santos — Las Venturas.

Fixes 3.0:
- Removed objects that, in the destruction of its support, remained static ("hung" in the air), and defied the laws of physics, i.e. falling.

Changes in version 2.0:
- Fixed some defects.
- Added many new objects.
Mapping became more elaborate and detailed.
- Added a new, small area of repair work (excavated pipe).
- Added the garbage, added more vegetation.
- Added transport: dozer Dozer (has alarm system, closed, but if you have a standard model, then you sit in it you can, because the model doors no. With other models not tested), Flatbed truck (closed alarm system).
- Corrected the location of the poles on the embankment, removed the grass along it.
- As a bonus-in-tube hidden shovel that you can choose.
