Configuration of Vladion Mod Prorock Ragdol for GTA San Andreas

This MOD was made on the basis of fashion from Video

FIX:
-Now will not totter pedy as rags
-Now the Ragdoll "realistic"
-Now the player won't wakes fall under map
-Now the Ragdoll does not depend on the ped.ifp (works with any animations)

Bugs:
-Sometimes the PED can fly off somewhere to die
-No significant squats FPS
