Realistic weapon customization 5.0 (Mod Loader) for GTA San Andreas

The final, corrected version of the realistic settings. Perezaliv, especially for Mod Loader.

Changes:
- Mod was completely remade from scratch;
- Fixed a glitch with a can of spray paint, a flamethrower and a fire extinguisher.
- Changed settings from Colt45 and Shotgun: regardless of proficiency, Carl will keep only one firearm in two hands;
- Fixed number of rounds from the Shotgun at maximum level (it was 4 rounds, 2);
- The MP5, AK-47 and M4 fixed animation even at low levels of ownership, Karl will keep them correctly;
- Return the default settings for Tec9;
- All other settings were not changed.

Requires Mod Loader.
