This mod replaces the first paint job for Elegy.

This mod will add to your gang cut gangsters from the beta version of the game (FAM4 and FAM5). They will walk down the street with the rest of the Bandos, and your gang will now have five people.

This library is necessary for CLEO scripts to work. Without this, no libraries CLEO script will not work.
CLEO expands the scripting capabilities and allows you to use thousands of unique mods that change and complement the game process. In the game, such unthinkable tasks as adding missions, the ability to fly, spawn any transport and characters, and much more become real.

CLEO .cleo (or CLEOPlus ) is an add - on to CLEO 4 that adds new opcodes / commands.
This is just a plugin that is located in the CLEO folder. The focus is on removing the main limitations of CLEO and making it easier for people to create better mods.
