Already my 2nd work with skin. This time I decided to redo the skin TRAFFIC police Colonel in his uniform of the new type, the police captain in the old-style tunic. Replaces any PEDA. There are some minor bugs in the skin:
1 there is no cap On two-headed) Eagle, because teksturka is double. No matter how I tried, unfortunately, this bug fix
2) Chevron units slightly bagnutyj because teksturka doesn't want to get out
