With this script, basketballs will not disappear after being saved in the Mad Dog mansion. Fixes this glitch.

Now you can meet an ambulance/fire Department/police going to the call. Some ride calmly, some run like crazy. You can identify cars that are going to a call by turning on the siren. The script is made in an attempt to revive the game world. In Watch_Dogs and GTA V, you can also find such an event.
Each city will spawn its own cars and pedas inside them.
