I think everyone knows that GTA SA standard can use a maximum of 2GB of RAM. That really restricts people putting "fashion".
This exe file uses 4GB RAM and more. I found it on a foreign website in the collection of J. SA mods Modding Essentials.

This mod will add realistic physics to NPCs like in GTA IV or GTA V.
