Only Rainy Weather for GTA San Andreas

Thanks to this CLEO script, it will always rain in the game.
Features:
• The full course of the time cycle (the 10:00 limit has been removed);
• Unlike similar modifications, this one in SA-MP does not have a "jerk" when the weather changes on the server itself.
I recommend using "No Lightning Flash" in conjunction with the CLEO script.
