"CLEO " ("CLEOPlus") is an add-on for the CLEO library, expanding the possibilities of modding to insane possibilities previously unavailable.

Thanks to this mod, there will be no vegetation in the game. Ideal for winter and autumn mods, as well as for owners of weak PCs.
Features:
• Palm trees, trees, firs and bushes removed;
• This mod greatly raises FPS;

To work, you need:

Thanks to this CLEO script, it will always rain in the game.
Features:
• The full course of the time cycle (the 10:00 limit has been removed);
• Unlike similar modifications, this one in SA-MP does not have a "jerk" when the weather changes on the server itself.
I recommend using "No Lightning Flash" in conjunction with the CLEO script.

This CLEO script removes the disgusting white glare of lightning during the rain, which, according to the game developers, added "realism" to the thunderstorm (despite the fact that there is no lightning in the game).

The mod is simply based on the feature from GTA V where when you start a mission, the game switches to a more appropriate time for that mission.

Whenever there is a mission that requires you to come back later, it will automatically skip time and show a beautiful time lapse. It's dynamic!

The scripts are named after the missions that the lapse happen before. So you can easily delete any of which you don't like.

Now, to start the car, it is enough to register its name.
Control: during the game, enter the combination: W and P, then write the name of the car you want to get, and when the game finds this car, press "ENTER".

Now when you click on "." (dot), CJ will put his hand to his face (make facepalm).
Mod Loader is required for the mod to work.
