ASI plugins for GTA San Andreas

COMMANDS:

- Type "VDBG" to enable debug options.
- Arrow keys controls those same options.
- Type "VDRES" to force fix vehicle.
- Type "VDCOL" to switch on/off vehicle deformations.
- VehDeform_CFG.ini file contains lots of configurations.

This ASI plugin removes chrome from the transport. We can say that this is an alternative to "GFXHack". The original name of the mod is "ChromeKiller". Works in SA-MP and increases FPS.
Pay attention to the 1st and 2nd screenshots: in the 1st screenshot, the game is without a mod, in the 2nd screenshot with this mod.
