S. A. Reborn Project is an Assembly that focused on small improvement found your favorite game, in particular, SA-MP.
The essence of the build is to slightly improve the graphics in the game, but to preserve the atmosphere of the 3D era of GTA, without the addition of 4K textures, HQ effects, HD models of any objects that are completely unsuitable for low poly maps.
The main goal was to increase optimization in SA-MP, so that the Assembly performs "FPS-Up" feature.
By the way, the Assembly is divided into 2 parts:
— "S. A. Reborn Project (SA-MP)" — the main part of the Assembly, containing the textures, scripts and so on.
— "S. A. Reborn Project - Weapons (SA-MP)" — part Assembly that adds high-quality models of all the weapons in the game (except money and other pickups). All models have a standard HD icons.

— Added mod "PS2 Textures" that adds the texture maps from the PS2 version, which, in my opinion, look much prettier than standard textures and add a couple FPS in the game;
— Added mod "HD CJ Retexture v2.0," adds new textures for CJ I;
— Added HD standard vinyls for the Lowriders and Street Racers;
— Added HD Vehicle.txd — the file that adds new textures of transport without the mud and the dreaded "reflection" (if, of course, can be called reflections);
— Added HD textures maps, menus and loading screens (including for SA-MP), cursor and SA-MP GUI;
— Added mod "HD Trees Without Leaves (Autumn)" adds the standard vegetation, but made in a fall style and have a better texture (the trees removed to improve the optimization in the game);
— Added HD marker (the cylinder will be the correct, smooth shape and change its color it will become purple);
— Added some objects from GTA IV and GTA V (Past Gen) with the texture of low and medium quality.
— Added new sounds of firearms, the sound of the tires, sirens, hydraulic suspension and the steps of the character (from GTA IV);
— Added fix to standard animations and standard models of weapons;
— Added realistic weapon customization (only for a single game);
— Added Timecyc from GTA V running on SA-MP;
— Added a pleasant Colormod, making the graphics more saturated;
— Added mod "Gore Overhaul and Particle TXD" adds qualitative texture of blood, the moon, the light from the headlights and other things;
— Added ASI plugin "SkyGrad", a smoothing gradient the sky;
— Added ASI plugin "SilentPatch 1.1 Build 32 (28.12.2019)";
— Added beautiful font of GTA V (for correct operation of a Crack "s Smarter'Localization v2.0").
